Honda motor not starting

Need help fast,

My new Porter-Cable generator with Honda motor does not wish to work.

It is the Honda starter solenoide or starter that is not either engaging or disengaging.

Good battery, good start switch.

Not one Honda dealer stocks this, I need it up and running right now. Could not work last night and am booked, need light to work.

HELP, any after market brands work or what?

Every Honda dealer says 3 to 5 days to order parts. I would think a warranty dealer should/would stock parts but that is not the case.

Try a screwdriver across the two terminals on the Solenoid if it starts go to Autozone and get a Ford starter solenoid and retrofit it in.
