Home-made surface cleaner - splash guard

Any ideas for a splash guard on a home-made cleaner?

I just put a bicycle innertube on with pipe strap and its been working pretty good.

How well do the brush skirts work and could one be attached on the inch or so space I have around the rim?

I haven't seen one in person but the ones I've seen to order are about $90.00

use a piece of rubber edging .. like the rubber wall moulding you see in a hospitol. Put it around the surface cleaner and secure with pop rivets.. I will see if I have a picture of mine with the skirt on it..

That is some bad ass duct tape its made by gorilla glue.. Had to hold on the foam stripping.. But guess what my swivel finally went out .. So no I got to find a mosmatic swivel to replace it...
