home made foamer

I was talking with someone about making a foamer. He said you use a pvc tube with Quik couplers on each end and brillo pad in the pipe. Anyone heard of this or know how to make one?

If you shoot caustic thu it it will very quickly break the plastic down and it will fail.

We use hose end sprayers with a plastic foamer attachment and have no problem. Caustics, acids work just fine.

If you search here for foam or foamer etc, google foam nozzle and try the greaser forums, they're the kings of foam, I think you'll find it. I know there are a lot of brands of foam nozzle but they are designed for different flows and pressures. I know I saw a video here of a guy that makes one for sale foaming up a drive through real quick. Try youtube also. good luck.

I don't think that the caustic would burn through PVC. Most injectors have plastic tubes and filters. I love seeing new toys made! Anything that makes my job easier is a toy!

And I thought of a crack pipe too...what is wrong with us?
