What sources is everyone using for hiring staff?
I haven't had the best of luck with Craigslist. I also had a bad experience with a temp service earlier this year so I'm reluctant on even trying another one out.

We use Craigslist, but use a pretty significant vetting process. It is not the perfect way to hire, but we offer stuff that a lot of people don't, so it does make a difference. We also guarantee full time work. Our turnover rate is interesting. We have two positions that seem to constantly turn over. Other than that, we are in a good position.

I saw the hiring video. Good points there. Temp agencies are good if you just need a body. Either way good questioning will help to show where a persons work ethics are. Funny but I recently hired a new part time employee. She is excellent. She works harder than my other 2 guys did. I had to run and get gas and on my return she was finished with her assignment. She is a very good listener.
