Omni makes a great hinge as well but the drip loc's are simple to install ( less than 10 mins) and work very well.
Thier grease containment is great too. Install the box put the filter bag in it walk away. Nothing on the roof itself.
That is very important for commercial roofs. especially anything on a firestone rubber roof. They are very specific as to what can and can not be placed on a roof. And using it as a grease catch back stop is not permitted.
