I have a big job in Miami and I need a really good building wash chemical, I heard that safe restore was pretty good but just wondering what you use on roof run off and black streaks on the facade and all sides of the building.

It's a super K-Mart I have not seen it yet but I want to go there with chemical so I can do it while I am there. Have you done any K-Mart building washes I am sure they are pretty much the same surface.
 
Hahaha! I guess there is more $$'s in Miami. I tried to get a K-Mart here near me 2 yrs ago and they said they only had $50.00 in their Cleaning budget. And they approached me. Needless to say..............it must still be dirty!

This is a building wash that we are doing for them, this came down from corporate so if i get my price we do it, if not :wave2:
 
I have used a butyl degreaser before but I know there is better stuff out there, if Russ would only tell me?

Thought it would be quicker to get a response on here being he is always on? plus some other guy's on here were looking for the same thing.
