He's STILL Shopping

Apple Roof Cleaning

Roof Cleaning Instructor
We already have an appointment to clean a guys roof this week.
Then, we get an email today asking US for a quote, LOL
I think the shopper is shopping so many roof cleaners he dont realize he already has us scheduled.

yup...

I had one schedule last week (big nice tile) and they called and said they were waiting on a check and would have it done on Thurs.

LOL yesterday I got a call from one of the pw's I network with asking me to help him price and maybe do a roof. It was the roof I had scheduled.

He called them and told them to use me. Still haven't heard anything.
I'll let somebody get shopped and clean a tile for nothing.

Not even gonna charge the card with a cancel fee. They will get what they deserve.

Amen Thomas!
The Prob is the cheap guys lie, and tell the customers they are "just like us".
This confuses the customer.
Hey, plenty work for us all, you lose a few, you get a few.
Went to do a roof today, LEFT the 40 foot ladder
Was a reschdule from Friday too.
People were nice, rescheduled em for Friday.

Yeah :D
Wind aint fun.
I remember back in the OLD days, in Prov Lakes.
The roofs were wet with rain, but not dripping off.
We sprayed, and it was like time lapse photography!

Just took the mix a BIT longer is all, but cleaned up beautifully.

Wet Ground is like front row at UFC :D

I was spraying a roof in Parkland before - waiting - and between rain burst.
That same day (afternoon really) a lawn guy DIED from a lightning strike in the same neighborhood I was in.

I got a call a couple of years ago for an emergency roof clean on a Saturday afternoon. Family was coming in and Blah Blah... Anyway I worked out a price got my helper to work with me and we headed out. When I got to the job I found another guy there who already started the job. The customer and I had alot of words back and forth. Oh! and this was the first time I ever got to meet Jon Chapman....LOL... Wasn't his fault, he didn't even know the guy called someone else. 10 minutes earlier and the job would have been mine. Darn! LOL. :)
