HELP with injector

I am having problems with my chemical injector. I can not get it to pull my chemical over 100 feet of hose. Any ideas ?
 
Will it pull at 50"? Will it pull straight out of the machine? If yes, you need to drop back to the next smaller size orifice in the injector. If not, you may have a clog or the ball may be stuck.
