Help with Brick

Have never had a calcium chlorite/efflorescence problem this bad. Muratic acid helped a little, CLR was laughed at, 4000 PSI chipped away a little bit. Any ideas?

I have job like that tomorrow I was going to use muratic acid in pump up sprayer how did you put it on,

same way, muratic 50% with pump up
