Help me rebuild my website

Ok guys I'm having my web design girl completely redo my website and I would like a little constructive criticsm. What do you like? What do you dislike? We are mainly in the Fleetwash business now but are going to be going after a lot more residential and flatwork (or since Ron doesn't like this term anymore concrete surface cleaning!!LOL!!) Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks ahead of time! http://www.STLPressureWashing.com
 
Gotta agree with Guy, the muscleman graphic has been played out for sometime now and that is valuable space for something better to showcase your company. Now, my sites ARE pretty basic in terms of graphics, but I feel it is easier on the eyes, so to speak. I'm no expert, this is just my honest opinion.
 
Good points from everyone. I completely agree about the big muscle bound guy my best friend drew it for me and I felt obligated to use it. I like the idea of making the pictures sliceable to make them bigger that's great advice. I might sound retarded but what is word press?? Thanks for all the help keep it comming!!!

Word Press is a type of web site you can blog right from the web site. As you make changes and blog to your site, google sees that fresh content and boosts it up. i use Pat Motz at ExtremeSEO Consluting 406.465.9334

Ok gotcha!! Yeah I'm going to definitely add a blog to the site so I'm sure it will be with word press. I'm really wanting to get up higher in the rankings so um trying to add as many things that will help that like social media and blogs!!
