Help me put together a spinner

Hi all,
Looking for reccommendations on equipment and vendors. What I have in mind is a vacuum recovery floor spinner sized appropriately for a 4000 psi 8gpm machine. Tips for both outside flat work and interior floors such as tile. A second gun at the handle for edging/gum work, and chemical injection. I envision having a bucket of chem right on top of the surface cleaner and using the gun to apply and the spinner to follow with. Anybody working similarly? What do I need on my shopping list? And, who would be good to buy from?

You could use this...

It's a Hydro Tek product, and the gum spotter and water broom attachments will fit it. You would have 2 guns at the handle, and a QD hose for choosing the gum spotter or the water broom. Set the water broom up with nozzles that will allow downstream injection from the machine...no bucket mounting required.

Picture, if you will, a low psi spray coming out, applying chems...
