Hello to everyone and I'm sure glad that I found this forum. My name is Adam Dye and I am somewhat new to the pressure washing industry. A co-worker of mine and myself just started a power washing business in middle Ga. We named it Kleen-Rite Power Washing Services. We are both currently working full time in the Law Enforcement arena, we're both small town Police Officers. But we have both had previous experience with pressure washing contractors. So we're looking forward to learing from all the knowledge that you guys and gals have to offer. Thanks, Adam:)

Mr. Musgraves do you know of anyone in my area that might be willing to trade some labor for learning in commercial flatwork or residential roof cleaning and siding?

I dont believe in Labor for learning, I know people that do. If you just post here there are plenty of guys that want to take a couple days training you for free and take twice as long on the jobs and make half the money they might have if you had stayed home.

Dont take this wrong, alot of guys here promote that they want to help you. so they invite you out to hold a hose and keep a few plants wet. At the end of the day you didnt really learn much but they talked you into buying there buddies equipment and chems.

Thats my take, if you want some good training its not free. Yes call me and I know some folks that might help.

Thanks I really appreciate your honesty! I can't stand people who beat around the bush and leave you to come up with your own conclusion about a question that you asked them....I sure will when I have some free time.
 
Just wondering, I am going to be in the Gadsden area tomorrow visiting my sister and brother-in -law. Just wanted to see how close it was.

Your welcome to watch my guys for free, but stay out of the way.

If you want to be trained I know Russ can do it, its not free. He is close to you.
 
Thanks again I know that NOTHING is free in the world we live in today! LOL But anyway whenever me and my partner can get free from our other world of madness I'm sure we'll be willing to pay for some good training.
 
Gotcha, well nice talking to you guys I know I'll be a regular on here but I have to get some work done.... You know like eating doughnuts and stuff like that..=-)

If you can free up some time come to the Milwaukee round table in June and you will have the opportunity to speak with many contractors that can help you. You will get more information in those two day than weeks of washing will provide.
 
Welcome to the board. Plenty of information and advice can be learned here, and plenty of friendly, knowledgeable tradesmens who are willing to help.

Then you've got a couple guys who have some twisted foot fetish. LOL !! Welcome to the show, watch your step and keep your shoes or muck boots on at all times.
