Has anyone worked for or heard of this company Integrated they called me today wanting me to wash bank for them. They also put me on their vender list.

Yeah, they try and sell you on being in their 'coveted' vendor list. I'm guessing it's a Suntrust bank... If you want the job, go cheap.
We priced competitively for a branch with a 4- lane drive thru including canopy, heavy gum and heavy insect presence. Didn't even get a courtesy call after repeated attempts to follow up on bidding decision.

I am geting hot water setup this fall. Yes they told me it was suntrust bank building wash and drive thru. What do you mean go cheap Steven.

Low price... Their decision appears to be based solely on price. Typical service company approach, lowest price so they can make a barrel load on top of the service provider.

So they are looking for the cheapest bid for sunntrust or who ever contacts them.

Why even worry about it if you are not set up to do the work? These type companies are looking for some schmuck to do them for next to nothing. Then they charge top dollar back to the company as the service provider.
