Has anyone ever had there enclosed trailer painted?

My two work trucks are Red and since I like to keep things uniformed I am contemplating on having my Black enclosed trailer painted to match the trucks and if I do this I will have an Auto paint place such as Maaco do it if it doesn't cost to much.

What do you think about me doing this?

I would have it painted. I don't know about were you are but there is a guy here is sw PA that would do it for $300 or less. He painted my old full size Dodge Ram for $600 . There realy isn't that must to paint if you keep the roof black.

Absolutely paint it to match. Also while you are at it, think about having Herculiner coated on the inside, on the floor, walls, and ceiling. You will be glad you did when the dings from tools, the spills and such start to be an issue inside. We did for our van and it was a smart move. Hope this helps.

Hello John,

I've never had anyone tell me "Dave, your equipment doesn't match!"

When I started we painted up our truck following Blue and White colors. As the years have gone by we have purchased some used and some new equipment, but none of it has been Blue and White. I've considered painting each piece to follow the Blue and White colors but have always found better things to do with the dollars!

I will post some pictures to show you my eclectic fleet! Original Dodge, then I bought the water blaster Orange. The Red GMC came next, and a few years later got the stainless tank. The White GMC came next followed by the Black flatbed trailer! Oh, I had a Blue and Silver Suburban but now I drive a White one.

Ps: Put the money in signs. Make the next truck you buy a Black one if you can so it will match your trailer!

Your equipment is the best I've seen in my 10 yrs in this business. Totally awesome!! I actually contemplated on just selling my trailer and buying a bigger one that would be red to match my trucks. Everything was wishfull thinking because of this crappy weather where having here I am losing the opportunity to make some cash now so I need to spend any Money I have left wisely.

With that being said the idea of putting some signs on my trailer instead of changing the color is a good one. I already had signs put on my one of my trucks and I have the other one to do to. There's so many things to spend money on I just have to do it a little more wisely.
