Obama's new Attorney General, Eric Holder, has already said this is one of his major issues.

This upcoming year will become critical for gun owners with the Supreme Court's accepting the District of Columbia case against the right for individuals to bear arms.

Jim, despite what the 'regular' media - the pr dept of the govt - likes to portray, every time I see one of these polls on their sites its overwhelmingly pro freedom. They're at 97% 'yes' when I voted. The mainstream media is on a freefall to insignificance and it warms my heart.
