I have ran into a local guy a couple times on a few job sites. We clean the grocery store in the shopping center and he "cleans" the whole center. Each time, he tells me how great of a job he does and comments about how he will get the gum off. The next month when I return, all the gum is still there plus some.
Come to find out, this guy is about to go out of business due to personal issues.
When the center has been use to getting their price and no gum removal, how do you guys go about showing the decision maker the importance of gum removal? Also, they clean anywhere from every 3-6 months. What is the best way to attempt to increase this to potentially monthly?
