Anyone have and in writing guarantee?


I was wondering if anyone out there offers an in writing guarantee. I realize we all that are legit hold high standards and have performance expectancy. I’m talking about actually having and in writing service guarantee.

Even if you don’t how would you word it in your contract.

I’ll give this a shot. “Don’t pay unless you’re completely satisfied”

Could it be that simple & I realize this opens up and out for a customer to get out of payment. So I bring you guys this question. If you wanted to have this in writing how could you word it?

Satisfaction guaranteed or the job redone to your satisfaction or there is no charge.

Customer satisfaction is our goal, if not completely satisfied we won’t charge.

We stand behind our work, complete satisfaction is our goal.

I am sure there are many other ways of saying the same thing but it all comes down to doing the job right the first time and following up with PR work to be sure the customer is satisfied.
 
guess your asking hard Q'tions lately.

Why make it hard,why take a risk in not collecting.

Make it simple,going into detail with alot of wording can cause you problems.

At the bottom of my invoices it says all work guaranteed which doesn't mean I'm going to give you my hard earned labor,unless you cann't be pleased or cost me more then the job to please.
