Taginator is designed to remove graffiti from porous surfaces such as cinder block, brick, cast concrete, stucco, etc.

Tagaway is a spray and wipe product to remove graffiti from hard and painted surfaces such as street signs, rest room partitions, porta potty walls, glass, vehicles, etc.

Russ... Taginator - spray on with trigger sprayer, then pressure wash off?

My church got tagged Tuesday and of course I volunteer to remove it. I'm no grafitti removal expert. If they would have written in grease, I'm your man, but paint.. not my specialty.

Also, how far will a gallon go?

Yes, that is how it works. You spray it on, and let it dwell for a little bit, then pressure wash it off. Simple stuff.

I do a lot of graffiti removal. Taginator is the best stuff on the market that I have tried. Several companies send me stuff to try and hands down Taginator is the product of choice.

Does this product burn the skin or stain mortar joints?

, according to the manufacturer 1 gallon will do 200 sq feet.

In a best case scenario yes, but many times a second application is needed so that reduces the sq footage. I always try to keep a 5er on hand and I've never had an issue with running out. We use Taginator about 10 to 1 compared to Tagaway. They're both great products.

Yes, and sometimes. It's basically a strong potassium hydroxide so it will burn. As for the staining, the only time I've ever had an issue was a white mortar joint and not rinsing the resulting paint runoff quickly enough. A second application cleared it up pretty good.

I just did some graffiti removal today, I was able to get 95% off off curbing. 5% just lighten it up/ Would the cold weather have a effect on it? The paint was real thick on the curbing.

Yes, during cooler weather, I'd increase the dwell time. Might use another coat and let it sit for 1/2 hour - 40 minutes.

Can it be used on painted surfaces? Will remove the paint under the grafitti?

It will pull the base paint layer. It's really intended for bare, porous surfaces.
Tagaway is more for painted, hard surfaces.
