Graffiti in my neighborhood -HOA idiots

Sooo. I came across graffiti on an entryway sidewalk a few weeks back. Posted the pic on the HOA FB page. It's been there for years!! (Obviously). After questioning why my dues don't pay for routine concrete cleaning and why they haven't hired a professional contractor to remove the graffiti. There was a post today "compliments of our maintenance man,Milton". Whiskey Tango Foxtrot! My HOA doesn't like me !! Milton is the guy that hangs the Christmas lights,garland and changes out light bulbs at the amenity centers for all the properties that my the company my HOA contracts to manage the property.

When we run across graffiti in our neighborhoods, if its on the sidewalks or neighborhood entry markers, we just clean it up. It's one of the ways we give back to our community. We have alerted our local Chamber of Commerce, newspaper, and even residents that if they see it, to call us and we'll get it taken care of immediately.

Yeah, I'd just go fix it for free. Shouldn't take 30 minutes.

I initially offered. Of course I questioned why the common areas (pool, amenity center etc) weren't on a routine maintenance schedule since there was 9 years worth dirt and mold. I told them next time my rig is on the area, I'll clean it.

I told them if it were a conflict of interest.. I could recommend someone else. But either way id get a cut! lol!

It is a bit odd that you live there, park your rig there? and they dont ask you do any cleaning...

No All of my trailers are at my shop.... Landscape trailer is in my neighborhood every wednesday( mid day). Actually I am at the opposite end away from where the HOA Clique lives.... nice quiet cup de sac!
