Got home early and decided to go for a ride on the old Grizzly. I have to ride across one paved street to be in the desert for hours and hours of fun riding. So, I take off, head across the desert to Flying J, fill up and head back out. I'm playing for an hour or so and start to head back home. I get to the paved street that I have to cross and cut the lights. There are no cars coming so I pat the gas and BAM it's as bright as day. I knew there was a full moon and all, but something is different. I look up and to the left and there is a Sheriff chopper with his 4 billion candelpower light on me. I pull over in my driveway and take off my helmet and wait for the cruiser. The chopper just shuts the light and takes off.
I set there for another minute or so waiting at the driveway because my family is asleep and I don't want to wake them, but nobody ever shows...guess I got warned!!! Thanks Mr. Sheriff
You know, I would like to say that I learned my lesson because I don't normally break the law, but there is no way that I'm NOT going to ride across that one street anymore. I'll just look up next time
