Got a call from a company stating im using his name in a post on this board.

My secretary posted what a customer had wrote on a thank you note about our company last year. It said Great job! A-Plus. So the A-plus was what he was going to sue me over. WTF are these people woried about? Infringement? Do they own ever word in there name? I dont have time for this. Next call is going to be our lawer. I feel like im in the principles office again.

Reply to their email with their words marked just like I did above, and tell them "see you in court jackwagon"!
 
What a joke!

Too many people out there worried about stuff that is not making them any money.

The roof anti shampoo people should just keep quiet as more words with their name on it will only help them in the search engines, they need to worry about more serious things like insurance claims if their work damages roofs and they have to be replaced due to wrong roof cleaning procedures and not being certified. hahahahaha
 
Now I have been threatend to remove my A-Plus.com wording or the other company will take action. I will let you know if they take action! A-Plus.com kiss my Innovativewash.com ass!
 
Anyway we are having a great spring and hope you all are too.
 
With that advice, this weekend I called my web guy and he hosted our websites on two diferent locations so this will never happen. Ask your web guy to do the same.
 
Hey is seems like they're being a little petty (and I'm in both your areas and we all know who these people are), but if they were really taking something of yours you'd want the power to do something.

Just called this guy yesterday and if he doesn't take this down I'll go after him with every tool I have.
