Going from Gear box to Belt Drive....

I was looking at a recent post about converting from gearbox to belt drive. I was in the middle of changing some equipment around and was looking to do the same thing. I was going to build a 2 pump machine but cannot seem to find the correct pulleys to do it. It will be a honda 24 running two udor gkc series 8gpm pumps. This will be strictly for fleetwashing. I would like a 4 belt engine pulley and the appropriate 2 belt pulleys for each pump. Can someone point me in the right direction. I was loking in the Grainger catalog and it seems like something is wrong price wise.
So far I believe that the parts list would be:
1. 4 belt 3.40" engine pulley
2. (2) 2 belt pump pulleys 8.40"
3. bushing for engine pulley which is a 1.125 inch diameter shaft
4. (2) pump bushings for the Udor GKC 30/20

Can anyone tell me where to begin to look ??
Can someone who is a distributor gimme a price on this stuff?
Can someone help me??
Thanks,
Mike

I would call Russ J. at Southside equipment and talk to him about it, he is very knowledgeable about this kind of thing.

Running 2 of the 8gpm pumps might get you the 8gpm out of each pump but probably not more than 1500psi each as you need about 24hp for each 8gpm pump for only 3000psi, that is what my 8gpm 3000psi rig does with the 24hp Honda.

That was what I was looking for (8gpm @1500 psi) since this will be a truck washing setup exclusively.

Here's what I came up with:
4 Groove, 3.75" OD - $49.82
1 1/8" bushing - $16.75
2 Groove, 8.95"OD - $59.13 each
24 mm bushing - $21.53 each

Hey Russ what do u get for a gear box housing for a 24hp P/W 8gpm? I just need the gear box mine cracked at all the bolt points.
