Going back to Iraq...

It looks like I'll be heading back to Iraq next month working for Halliburton. Things are going pretty good, but we cant seem to break a certain threshhold to be able to advertise the way we want, or hire anybody, and since it is my wife and I both doing this, there is no supplemental income coming in. So instead of trudging through for the next 2 years, Im going to speed it up a bit. The pay is tax free up to $80k then only 20% on anything over that.

We plan on having TV commercials ready by early spring, and that costs. Celeste, my wife, is is going to keep the business running, and we're going to hire a couple of guys part time and hopefully have them trained by the time I leave. She has been doing it full time with me since day 1, so she knows everything as good or better than I do, so she will be onsite and providing ongoing training even after I leave.

Sometimes you got to do what you got to do. Be safe and best of luck to you in everything you do

Hey Scott, good luck to you. And Happy Veterans Day to all our Brave troops all over the World.

Stay safe scott, we want to see you back on the board when you get back. From all of us, to all that are serving......THANK YOU!!!

Good Luck Scott. my wife has been working with me since June when she got laid off from her job. I think my customers like her more than me. LOL... She really does a great job. Good to see your wife taking over instead of someone that you would have to wonder about.

good luck Scott and be safe, Your wife will kick a$$ while you are going

Just to let you guys know, I'm not military. I'm going as a contractor.
