Its getting close to that time of year when gloves are needed. What's the best gloves currently on the market?

Look for something insulated and dipped, best advice I can give.

I use a thin glove and another dipped insulated glove over top when it starts getting below freezing.

The best glove is determined by what you do in the industry and how you use it.
