What do some of you give away to commercial customers. T-Shirts, Mugs Gift Cert Etc.

I just started giving Coffee mugs with my logo & # I fill them with my company pens & biz cards. I give them to property managers I've done work for , but I also bring extras for every PM and others in their office. I also have been dropping them off with PM companies that I havent yet worked for and I already got a couple calls to bid jobs from PM's I havent worked for. I figure its a foot in the door

I give a lot of T's & Gift Certs at Xmas time. It gets expensive, but it has paid off 10 fold

Does anyone else give giveawys and what do you give?

We have been giving away mugs hats cups, paper pad and various other stuff.

Its does pay off,

Funny story, I leave my note pads at a gas station every morning. set them in the pump, after about two months i get a call from a PM. I ask how she gets my number and she says we have the same diesel truck and she usally fuels up about the same time i come in. She also has seen my trucks and it happened to be a station we clean.

Funny how small the world is..
