Would you find it helpful to create another Topic regarding Equipment and Troubleshooting equipment. I thought maybe we could creat a topic to share common troubleshooting techniques for our equipment.
 
Concerning commercial flat work for large chains. Who is the person that makes the call to hire you and how do you get to that person? IE Cold call, mailers etc? I can't seem to get past the "do you want to supersize that" guys with the funny hats.

By going LIVE I'm guessing the Yahoo video? If so do you have any times? I'm technologically challenged and need to figure it out.

With the the way the gas prices are and the Economy hitting all the PM's, How do you retain and hold on to the current customers with all the Low ballers running around right now giving work away for pennies ? Even with far superior work, some are jumping on the low prices in these times of cut backs.
Is there a good marketing strategy for this that we can use to retain or even pick up new accounts?
 
Will we be going to Hooters or Diamond Dolls after the R/T...LOL

type, without spaces: [ url = www. anysite .com] any word [ / url ]

If I wanted "Indiana Hood Cleaners" to be the "keywords" that you that you speak of, and I wanted to direct people to my website, I would type this (without the spaces): [ url = www . bunncleaningcompany . com ] Indiana Hood Cleaners [ / url ] and it would show up like this: Indiana Hood Cleaners
 
Sorry I could not be there maybe next time. What are some ways to educate the ceo's of major corporations on the importance of regular maintenance cleanings?
 
Should you forego an intial cleaning price to get a monthly commercial account? For example, a restaurant intial cleaning estimate of $850 and a 30 day maintenance cleaning for $300. Waive the initial charge and get a 30 day account for $300.
