Gas Powered "chlorine-proof" Pump by Sunbrite

Has anyone used the Sunbrite Roofster gas powered pump for spraying roof cleaning chems?

It does not have the Udor pump and claims it is "chlorine-proof".

I like the compact footprint.

I am concerned about reliability, durability, warranty, and adjustability.

and have loved it. Some are going on quite a few years with one.
