If you have a moderately heavy use garage, how much dust and debris will build up that does not come up with a sweeper? I have done some experimenting, so I know the answer for me, but I was wondering what you think.

Since I know absolutely nothing about garage cleaning, nor do I apparently have a grasp on the benefits of 1/2" pressure hose & extreme heat because I don't a crucible burner set up I may not be qualified to answer this question.

But what the heck I'll give it a shot...........I would guestimate 500-1000lbs?

Good question nice selling point to property owner, that just has it swept alone.

In your experience Scott how much more effective is combination sweeper scrubber units, than just sweeping alone?

My guess 20oz

Sweeper scrubber units are more effective than just sweeping alone, because they are reaching into the bottoms of the grooves that nearly every parking garage has for slip prevention. I have some pictures on another computer that I just took, that shows some of the buildup in a garage that is regularly swept, but because it is in an airport, cannot be shut down easily for cleaning. When I saw it I was amazed.

I saw an RFQ for BWI (Baltimore) airport a few years ago, that one looks clean, the grooves were no were near as deep as the one at the Flamingo Hotel in Vegas, the one in Vegas was quoted too. I have so pics on my phone, of the surface cleaner marks at the airport terminal entry ramps, those are done more often.

Once taking the "red eye" flight in to Regan National I saw a man on a wand with 13hp cold water washing sidewalks, hooked to spigot.

Guessing airports are "pita" to get done will all the traffic.
