I thought sailing the bay and a skybox at Giants stadium would be a once ever deal but I'm boarding Crystal Cruise Lines for a return visit with Mr. Gamble, lot of R & R, little shop talk and get out of the heat. Jim is arranging a cookout for everyone by boiling a small part of the bay into a bouillabaisse with the unbelievably massive heat contained in his almighty 12 trillion BTU rig!
 
Have fun and be careful out there.
 
I talked with Jim about this for a bit recently - I am seriously jealous and had I known about it earlier, we'd be right there with you!

I'd like to go too, but apparently I have a previous engagement backstabbing Jim while walking down the aisle with Russ. :)

I would go but I'm not for 2 reasons.....

1. Tony and Russ aren't going so it most likely won't be all that fun

2. I'm leaving for the Bahamas with my wife Monday morning.

3. I'd sure hate to see if anyone gets married during that roundtable since it's being held in the one of the gayest cities in the whole U.S (gay marriages are legal in California now)

We are going under assumed names, Tony is going under the alias "Roger Medberry" and I am going as "Tom Durbin" :sarcastic:

And people can call us by a cute pet name like the do for "Brangelina".

We could be known as "Durberry"

What a Blast! Sailing the bay, sky box at Giants game one day, seats behind home plate the next! Learned a little about sailing, was privvy to some of the inner workings of Gamble inc, learned much from the man himself but mainly had FUN. This was a version of provide some entertainment and get some valuable face time with clients, targeted towards the type of clients in Jim's market.

Kathy and I had an invite to go on the JIM Roundtable chance of a lifetime. We wanted to go but we just couldnt get away this year. Maybe one of these years we will take Jim up on his offer because time is whipping by and his look obviously different then the other Roundtables and even though they are different he does them with class. I could fit right in like the glove that went over OJ's hand:)
