It is an upcoming feature in which the details are being worked out. The last I talked to Ron, if I recall correctly, end of March was looking promising.
As for the lights on... Ron, as well as everyone else here does have businesses to operate and the lack of a response to a post overnight is not an indicator that "nobody's home".
