freakin out!!!

Is there any reason my 18 eagle wash cleans better on one side than the other? I cleaned the tips and they are both posistioned with the spray bar. The deck isn't as round as it used to be but sits flat. I just did a drivethru and I think I may need to back and do it again. It does this no matter how fast or slow I'm moving. Could the tips be different? They look the same but on one the numbers are wore off. When I turn it upside down and pull the trigger they both look like 25 degree tips.
Another question. If I want a 24 inch surface cleaner can I just put a bigger deck and spray bar on this one to save some money?

I change my tips out weekly or even less if I am busy. Put some new tips in and try it out. 99% of the time it's the tips or you are not putting out enough pressure.

sounds like the swivel (aka Rotary Union) may be worn.

Check check is to flip it over and look at the spay bar, hold it in both hands and move it towards the deck then back toward your chest, if it moves 1/4 inch or more it more than likely needs rebuilding.

Replacing the tips is a good idea as stated above.

There isn't much that can go wrong, Only a few parts... I agree with Nick & Russ. Do a close inspection on the bar and replace the tips.

Ditto, I bet the swivel is starting to wear or the bar may be bent and it is causing the bar to spin uneven. New tips will surely help as well. It should cost you almost as much to replace the deck and bar as purchasing a new deck all together, and you will have a warranty to fall back on.
