PACKAGE: The two items below are required to be sold as a package and the prices are firm.
ITEM #1: I'm selling my shopping center cleaning agreements with a few loyal property managers.
Their yearly gross value is $17,144 and I will sell them for six(6) months of that value: $8,572.
The jobs are located from Watsonville to Scotts Valley.
The transfer of these agreements to my buyer is guaranteed with an escrow agreement.
With approved 2006 rate increases, this price will go up in January.
ITEM #2: I'm selling all my 2-3 year old equipment and the open tandem trailer it's attached to (over $18,000 new) for $10,000.
I'm also selling, optionally:
- my business name and phone: $1,428
- three (3) months of training on equipment and purchased job site efficiencies: $1000
- Tow vehicle: $5000
This can be a turnkey business opportunity for someone willing to be a professional and add more marketing and service sales to make it grow.
A draft of a detailed purchase agreement ( including a complete equipment list and agreement summaries) will be sent to any serious local buyer.
