Foamer Mix?

Ok guys n girls....

I have my concentrate @ 55gal drum with 100#beads and 50#potash

How much concentrate should i have inorder to make a 5 gal drum of foamer mix?
I use the dawn concentrate for surfactant. I just bought a twinline from Greasefoam.com.(same as foamit)Just having trouble getting consistant foamage.

What method of foam application are you using?

As odd as it might sound, you're going to get a lot of variation due to water. You may want to carry the dawn separate. I, too, suggest a better surfactant, but Dawn is a good start, especially if you just dropped $700+ on a foamer!
Add foam agent until your mixture produces what you want! Try to create a measurement system, and go trial and error. I'll warn you though, if the water varies greatly in your service area, your dawn ratio will change enough to require some adjustments.
