Flatwork Contract

I am looking for a model to use to develop a flatwork contract from.

If there is anyone running a maintenance program with convenient stores, restaurants and such, I would really appreciate a copy of your contract and or maintenance agreement.

I have a contract that I paid to have written by an attorney, that I use for my regular accounts. Just for cleaning dealers though. Not for retail chains. It covers all aspects. It is catered for environmental cleaning. I would be happy to share it if interested.
