Flamegard filters

Has anyone had any experiences with CHG (Component Hardware Group) since they bought Flamegard? CHG / Food Service Parts and John Dull are all the same company now and I have placed three orders for filters with them in the last month and they have screwed every one up. Flamegard used to deliver within 2 days now it takes weeks and they can't even get you the products you ordered.

You are not alone,
I ordered replacements for a Mcdonalds grill from them . they got the order right but the filters were delivered in 3 weeks. WAY too long.
Also did you have to resubmit the credit app when they were bought ?

No new credit info, but we were set up in their system already.
