I have never done a KEC, but I am considering talking to a Mexican rest. near me. What would you guys recommend as far as methods. Are there any KEC cleaners around Atlanta that would allow me to come learn from you?

Suggestion: Find an easier restaurant to learn on, ie: good ol' American cuisine.

I would ask for someone outside your area, nobody want's to train their competition. Work for free, it's the best way to learn.

i recently went up to kokomo IN and trained with Bunn it was about 3 and a half hours away but well worth the drive i learned a bunch and hopefully will be adding about 10k more to my bottom line thanks to him!!!

OH NO NOT MEXICAN... Try Chinese or Sandblasting paint it would be easier... I cleaned El Ranchito about a month ago and with 3000 psi @ 4gpm at 210 degrees.. Using Caustic .. I couldnt get the goo to budge on the fan...
