Beleive it or not I have never done a hospital.

This was sold by an outside sales company we hired last year.

We got every bit of the price we asked, they actually bid by our prices.

Its a sweet thing, no real cost other than qualify for the jobs.

I think alot of service is moving twords this type of structure.

I will post photos, its a 30 agreement on drives and emergency entrances.

We will be talking about service on elevator areas in Garages and stairwells.

Whats nice they also have us do other associated properties

8 hospitals, heck we dont even have 8 around here

Scott doesnt know yet they asked me to look at the buildings. I dont do arial work.

We can handle the exterior and maint Flatwork. Not going arial or in Garages...

Will see after the first ones done
 
I have a good hospital account as well. It is a 15 day service on all 5 entrances ER included as well as both loading docks. Pays really well an takes about 2.5 hours
 
I just landed a hospital this spring to, just doing the garage as of now, but may have more for us later this summer.

Scott knows now...We can talk later... I had a hospital once. I did them every month for 5 years, until they forgot to cancel service, misplaced my invoices and tried to get away without paying for service. Notice, I said tried.

I just realized I lied, I did do the heart institute years ago once. I didnt like the entrance, they wanted window three storys on the front done everytime. PAIN

I never think of them as hospitals
 
We bid UTMB in Galveston. Went to the walk through with 9 competitors seen all the locations and some were 3 times a week. We bid the job and found out that only one other company had bid the project as well (it is the company that is doing the work now on an "emergency" basis due to hurricane IKE) Their was a big difference in price after the bid, so they just cancelled the bid and will rebid at a later time.
