Fire Marshall enforcing cleaning

Every once and a while we have had the State fire Marshall call up for copies of the after service report, also they show up when we have been at the restaurant while we are cleaning. This State is really cracking down on all county’s. Seems “They are enforcing all my recommendations” Mikey
