Fiberglass bid

We have a bid on about 300 ft. of fiberglass running along the top of a car dealership. it is two feet in height, so about 600 square ft. the roof is approximately 35 feet high. there is an awning type of thing we may be able to stand on, or the roof. I have never done anything like this so i have no idea how much to bid on this. For those experienced please give me an idea of what you would do, a low and high bid.

Here is a very tiny picure of the place. the blue part on tope to the right and left of the big H is the fiberglass part. you can see under that the part that would be possible to stand on. the pic is at the bottom of the page on the right.

If a lift is not needed and it can be done easily,i would charge them $200.00.If it were a sq ft charge it would not even be worth your time.Find out if you can sell them regular service for thier sidewalks and drive thru lanes in the service department.

If they go for the service throw in the top of the building for free..
