Thank you for providing me with your information.

I will present your information to our head community association managers. Right now we are booked up till the first of the year for full vendor presentations. If you would like, we would be able to accommodate in scheduling a “meet and greet” on any Tuesday or Thursday of your choice. This would be a quick informal meeting with any managers that would be available that day to meet with you. This would be a good time for you to answer any questions they may have and exchange business cards with each other. We also please ask that you bring in either a light breakfast or lunch for 50 to 60 people.

If this is something you would be interested in, please e-mail or call me at your earliest convenience so I am able to send out a notice to our CAMS that you will be stopping in to present information to them.

If you would rather be put on a waiting list to be considered for a for a full vendor presentation, please also let me know this as soon as possible to provide you with the earliest date available.

I guess this is my time to shine and sell to 50-60 pm

I just hope I can get work from this

Just remember Dont bring pizza...I would call Pannera Bread company, i have been at some events catered by them, they do a great job.

Go on line and check out their menu.

I wouldn't skimp on the food. People like food and that's what they will remember about you! Make sure you make a connection between you and the good food when doing your presentation.
