Federal, State, Local Gvt. Bidding Sites?

Hello

I am trying to locate a bid site for government work. Subscription prices tend to be a bit high. I am out in California, does anyone have a good site they can recommend that is not outrageously priced?

Thank you Grant! I appreciate the assistance. Your link is very helpful. Searching through each individual city, county, and state is somewhat time consuming. However, I am finding it difficult to justify the expense of a subscriber service. I will keep pecking away.

IN most areas the minimum contractoto be psoted on these sights is $10,000. Most of them are significantly more than that. IT is well worth the money in my opinion, especially if you have to hunt and peck each site. You could easily spend 3-4 hours a day on searching sites. Basically, it is a really cheap investment.
