lol..it's not an app. We use real pen and paper. a log book. We only track it a couple months out of the year, then stop.

I just call them on the phone.

There are apps to automatically track mileage. I don't track mileage at all, other than to make sure my guys are not going rogue. That is more a GPS thing.
