A lot of times when you look at the pump specs you will look at the "head pressure" and that will give you an idea of how high it will pump up vertically.
I am not sure if the air diaphragm pump has those specs or the Fat Boy or the regular Delavans.
The Chemical Bandit I did not know what it would do but after a lot of experimenting, I ended up using a 24' extension pole while up on the next to the top step of a 12' tall step ladder spraying some eaves and gutters of a building and it worked.
Bob no longer makes the chemical bandit but there are other roof cleaning pumps out there that are good pumps also.
Look at the specs and see what it says, it might be there.
I don't know what the specs of my Hotsy 5.6gpm 3000psi machine are but in the air diaphragm pump contest thread I was cleaning an 87' tall airport radar tower and had to boom up and over it so I was about 125' away from the trailer and then up about 100' high at some areas to reach the right angles that I could not hit on the top deck because of the dish being there and I had about 15' of slack in the manlift so I guess you could say that there was between 87' and 115' of head pressure on that pump during that job at the highest point and it kept on working no problem at all.
I never thought if the pump would work or not, I just went and did the job.
Maybe someone that sells those pumps or maybe the manufacturer would have the answers for you?
I would call the manufacturer and see if they have done testing like that, you just never know.
