Update - Oh yeah, we got it!
After doing a Yahoo search, and thanks to PWI, I found this old thread. I forgot to thank Ron for encouraging me to keep getting in front of the GM on this one. It wasn't until Ron suggested that we do a free Demo on the entire store that we closed the deal. It only took one pass of the S/C to get a signature!
After the first cleaning...
Come to find out Ron was correct again. GM's talk to other GM's, and DM's. We have been doing several other locations for some time now.

So all know Jim's been talking to customers and has not had much success taking any of my jobs. He may have gotten one we didn't even want to keep.
The point is I'm not worried about helping Jim , I enjoyed it. If he and I in a market set a standard we can raise the standard.
He texts me on often to find out who's doing locations if I know I share the info.
I'm glad that you able to be successful and hope you build large enough to make me a real offering may 2014

Did you luck out and get cb's in town? I know they recently changed pw guys we submitted a bid but it's budget time for our large customers and just didn't have time

What, you mean like when your guys show up to a property at the same time as I am there??? Yes, it has happened. They died laughing when I called Ron before they could. It worked out well in the end. They let me some secrets of the account which helped a lot.
