exhaust fan hinge kits

Help, any one out there recommend a good after market exhaust fan hinge kit thats easy to install and fit a multitude of sizes and applications?

fits up to about 36 inch square fan base.

This hinge kit fits most fans, not all that great, but none of the ones I've tried are all that great.
