Just out of curiousity, have you noticed this co's NAIC code is for eating establishments. Seems his Worker's comp rate would be higher than necessary. We use 561790 based on the code book:

NAICS 561790: Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings . This industry comprises establishments primarily engaged in providing services to buildings and dwellings (except exterminating and pest control; janitorial; landscaping care and maintenance; and carpet and upholstery cleaning).


What are most hood cleaners using?
 
It is incredible that they could get 180K for a business which is essentially a list of clients only. I am considering gathering approx 200 contracts which should generate the same 400K/year, and listing and selling them for 180K. We havn't had to solicit for a long time, but it should take approx 12 easy weeks to generate the needed clients. That should result in 180K every 12 weeks, or 780K/year - without getting my hands greasy or dealing with call-backs! At that level of income I could attain my retirement goals in about 4 or 5 years.

If the gross revenue was 109K and there are 2 employees to be paid aside from the owner that is not very much money.
What is he paying those employees - 10K a year each.

Servicemen and employees were included and they all went willingly. The office in Studio City is now closed down and becoming a heating and air conditioning company totally unrelated.
