Years ago when I was just starting out, I did not hook a hose back up to a faucet when I got done cleaning a home. The customer called me and chewed me out good for not leaving things the way were. One of biggest things with helpers now is to make sure thay ALWAYS put things back the way they were. In fact if we have a patio to clean we don't take the plants off the patio, we have one guy move it over a little, clean under it, then put it right back where it was.
Today I cleaned what I thought was a clean house. Couldn't really figure why she wanted us there and in fact tried to talk her out of the house wash part and just let us clean the concrete. But she was selling the house and wanted it cleaned so we did. Got an email from her today telling me how clean everything was and that the house was now ready for pics. Learned today that after cleaning so many dirty houses throughout the years that what I consider a clean house is not clean to the customer.
