Estimate on 3 story condo building

How do you estimate the roof cleaning of a 3 story condo building with non proportional roof?
Here a some pics to get a better idea:
PICS
As you can see, this roof has never been washed before.
The management of the complex ask for a quote per building. They don't have the budget to clean all buildings at once.

Thank You,

D.

Although you have some nice pictures there, IMHO I would rather see aerial photo(s) of the complex because it's difficult to see the entire roof from the pictures that you have posted on your website.

I will try to get some sort of blueprints from the management, but I doubt if they have any.

In most Florida Counties, you can go to their property appraiser's website & bring up their property... then see if they have aerial photographs available.

Otherwise, there are plenty of free websites & programs, like google earth, that will allow you to see this property. Either way, you should be able to easily save this as a .jpg (or) .gif image, (( edit out any information you don't want to share online such as street names, etc... )) and share it here so we can get a ' birds eye view' of the property you're working on.

Try Google Earth or street view and switch to sat if it's available there. I'd price per unit assuming you are doing them all within a certain time period such as 18 months. Google Earth has measuring tools too. Most complexes have a basic handout sheet with the layout of the complex.

Just an arbitrary figure but:

$1,100 per unit if all are done within 18 months. If they opt not to do them all within the 18 months then it's $1,400 and they owe you the balance on the ones they paid $1,100 for. Give them an incentive to commit to all the units. Or $1,400 each.

Thank you all for the replies. I will follow your suggestions.

I will be in your neck of the woods next month, so if you need a hand on the estimate let me know, also the invite to come along and check out some large flat work is still open to you.:thumbup2:

It looks the PM of the condo will hold on to the roof cleaning even with all the negative effects that I explained to them by not cleaning it. This "economy" excuse is getting too annoying.
When we started the sweeping biz, I was so into it that there was no parking lot around without being inspected for sweeping or re striping :)...Now the same with PWing :)), I am all into it. I told my partner about your visit here next month, and we are both very exited to see some serious commercial PW work. That is what we are going after.
