I have been in business for 9 years.I worked for another cop for 8 years.I recomend you get the most powerful gas machine with the hottest burner that you can afford.I use Zep foaming smokehouse cleaner.I apply it through my PW with a special foaming wand.
I have read posts here recomending electric machines and others recomending gas with cold water.Others say they use hot water through cold water machines.I have used all and Yes they will all work. However if you use a 3500lb hot water PW you will wonder how you ever got along with out it before.
