Envirospec emulsifier plus issuee

Hi everyone,

Ive been running my roof cleaning and powerwashing business going on its third year now. I started using emulsifier plus at the beginning of the season. A costumer I did a house wash for a couple weeks ago called me recently and told me he had stains on his windows h could not remove and also white streaks in his driveway that I thought the rain would remove but didn't. I know I obviously let it dry on, my fault...

So for the windows, is my best bet cerium oxide and buff it out or does anyone have any other suggestions?

And or the driveway any way to remove those? Or am I buying this guy a seal coat.

Live and learn I guess...

Never used that product for house washing, don't know what it is or what it is for.

I would call who you bought it from and ask them what to do in that situation, hopefully you don't have to do anything drastic to remedy the situation.

Sometimes going back over the same areas with same mix, not letting it dry, and rinsing really good, will help the situation. I just don't anything about the product you are using, but pics would help me as well as a lot of the other season veterans here.
 
Call Envirospec John should know what to do.
 
Envirospec told me I would most likely have to buff the widows and couldn't really give me an answer on the driveway.
 
Yeah Dan will tell you ummm to use more soap and not to let it dry on windows.
 
Use Joy and 12% sh rinse. end of story,.
 
If you let emulsifier plus dry on windows ummm good luck gettin it off.
